Privacy Notice

This notice covers viadorahq.com, which today does one thing: it takes an email address for a waitlist. There is no product account yet, and nothing on this site signs you up for one.

Who is responsible

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], operating as Viadora, decides why and how the data described here is handled. Write to privacy@viadorahq.com about anything in this notice.

What is collected

When you submit the waitlist form, the following is stored:

• the email address you typed;
• the date and time you submitted it;
• the two letter country code Cloudflare derives from your connection, so we know which countries to open in first;
• the utm_source value in the page address, if the link you followed had one, and the address of the page that linked you here, if your browser sent it.

Your IP address is passed to the spam check described below and is not written to our database.

What is not collected

• No cookies are set by this site.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts run on it.
• No fonts, images, or stylesheets are loaded from another company.
• No name, phone number, payment detail, or anything about your clients is asked for or accepted.

Why

To email you once, when Viadora opens, and to let people in roughly in the order they joined. The country code and referral fields are used only to decide where and how to open. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Who else processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores the waitlist in its D1 database service. Data is held on Cloudflare's network.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs the spam check on the form. It examines technical signals from your browser to tell a person from a script. Cloudflare states that it does not use these signals to build advertising profiles.

Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. There are no other processors, because there is nothing else running on this site.

How long it is kept

Until Viadora opens and for twenty four months after that, or until you ask for removal, whichever comes first. If the waitlist is abandoned without a launch, the whole table is deleted and you are told at the address you gave.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will do it. One email to privacy@viadorahq.com is enough; we reply within 30 days and do not require an account or a form.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing - and there is nothing to opt out of, because we do neither. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of this.

Children

This site is for people running a professional practice and is not directed at anyone under 18. If an address belonging to a child reaches the list, tell us and it will be deleted.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects what happens to your address, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and anyone already on the list will be emailed before it takes effect.
