These terms cover this website and the waitlist on it. They do not cover the Viadora product, which is not available yet and will have its own agreement when it is.
What joining the waitlist means
It means we have your email address and will write to you when Viadora opens. It is not a purchase, a reservation, a subscription, or a contract for any service. No money changes hands, and none is owed in either direction.
What it does not promise
- No date. We do not know when Viadora will open and we will not guess at one.
- No place in line beyond good faith. We intend to let people in roughly in the order they joined, and we may depart from that order where it makes the opening work better.
- No price, and no promise about price. Nothing on this site is an offer of terms.
- No guarantee of access. We may decline to open an account for anyone, and we may close the waitlist entirely. If we do, everyone on the list is told.
What we describe on this site
The front page describes what Viadora is being built to do. It is a description of an intended product, not a statement that those things exist and work today. Nothing on this site is a warranty, and nothing on it is advice - business, legal, clinical, or otherwise.
Using the site
Use a real address that is yours. Do not submit anyone else's address, script the form, work around the spam check, or try to reach anything on this site you were not given a link to. We can block access for any of that.
The site itself
This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from this site or the waitlist, and our total liability connected to them is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Your content and ours
The name Viadora, the text, and the design of this site belong to us. You may link to the site freely. Your email address remains yours; see the Privacy Notice for what happens to it.
Changes
These terms can change. The current version always lives at this address with its effective date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
